I have 5 bridesmaids, and all of them are shaped differently.

One is shorter and bigger built.
One is taaaaallll and skinnnnnny.
One is short and average.
One is average height and skinnnnnny.
and the last one if short and average build.

I'm nervous that having them all wear the same dress is not going to be flattering at all, and I want them to feel comfortable, but I don't want to just say "go buy a red dress." What can I do to make everyone feel comfortable and still look gorgeous? My colors are black and red, and I'd like doing every other girl (red, black, red, black, red) but there's different shades of red, some blacks are blacker then others, etc. This is a lot harder then it seems!
