I have the perfect dress - now what?
Ok, so I have found the perfect dress for holiday parties (haha - I know super early but whatever):

But here's the thing - I want the dress to look AMAZING and I am wondering two things
1) what are the best accessories to make the dress and me really stand out? colors styles etc? (jewelry, purse, and shoes)
2) what kind of makeup should i go for?
i'm fair, blonde, tall, and thin...if that answers any questions you might have about how it'll look.

I would have jewel tone eyeshadow
and like plain lips (maybe nude colored)
