Sir/madam, I am an Indian.And working as a staff nurse.I am planning to breed cocktail(i am not sure about it name,a medium sized parrot seen in two different colour.white and gray)white has more demand and cost.i am planning to bring a pair of each.please explain me in detail about the tips for farming and breeding of there beautiful birds for this beginner thank u
There is no guide for beginner breeders. Probably because beginners shouldn't breed animals.
Breeding is complicated, and it's dangerous to the hen and chicks. Without full knowledge, it's irresponsible.
I'm not sure where you live, but in the US and many other countries, cockatiels are not only common - they are overpopulated. Our animal shelters and bird rescues are full of homeless cockatiels.
If you are going to breed cockatiels and sell them successfully, you need to be an EXPERT, not a begginer.
Please educate yourself about your birds - before attempting to breed them.
