Prom makeup suggestions?
I'm really not sure how to do my makeup for prom. My dress is short & magenta. The style is very classic and it has a high neckline with beading. I have very pale skin & dark brown hair. I'm wearing my hair half up half down. How should I do my makeup? Eyeshadow color especially. Any celebrity looks I can mimic? The more specific instructions the better, my makeup skills are lacking!
