I was wondering if this happens to anybody else.

I wore a halter dress yesterday with really thin straps and it was pretty tight around my neck (if I loosened it, the dress would be too low-cut). After I took the dress off, I discovered relatively faint red lines where the straps were. They were somewhat swollen as you could "feel" the lines if you ran your fingers over them. Now, they're really itchy

Does this happen to anybody else?
