I want to get a custom drawn tattoo on my ankle. It's a green vine with purple flowers. What should it cost?
A friend is willing to do it for me and he said he's draw me a sketch and email it to me. But he wants to charge me $120 for the tattoo. I've never had a tattoo before so is this a fair price?
