I'm going to a formal event and I'll wear a long flowing dress maximum with an Empire Waist. The dress is cream colored with black lace around the waist. My shoes are black strappy sandals. What should I wear to cover my shoulders, black leather cropped jacket or cardigan black?

CARDI would be better with your traditional Formal Dress.
