i have a pair of hot pink satin pants with gold embroidery along the bottom of each leg, but i don't have a top to go with it. the pants look like part of an indian outfit, so i was thinking i would make an indian kurta style top to go with them. i just need to know what kind of fabric i should get to make the top..i thought it probably shouldn't be satin because that might be a little over the top? any suggestions/opinions?
