How much should I charge for custom wedding cake toppers?
I got $20 to buy supplies, and spent about 10 hours overall making them. There is a 5 inch diameter mirror for the base, a bride and groom 4-5 inches tall and a small dog in front of them.
I'm wondering what would be a fair price to sell them for to the couple that wanted them.
Ask for at least $50. Your actual cost to make it is $20 plus 10 hrs times minimum wage. If you were in CA, it would be 20+(10*8)=100. In the future, you might want to map out with the couple how much it will cost per hour for the creation and how long you think it will take.
